ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Please allow extra processing time during major sales or holidays.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. However, if you need assistance, feel free to email us at graceandpearlcandles@gmail.com with as many details as possible — we’ll do our best to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 within Canada.
Transit times range from 3-10 business days depending on the shipping method and destination.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your shipping label is created. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the label is generated.
Once your package is in transit, tracking and delivery are out of our control. At this time, we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Need your order faster? We’ve got you covered with Express Shipping for orders within Canada.
- Pricing depends on your package’s destination and weight.
- Please keep in mind the 3-5 business day processing window when planning your order.
- Express orders will arrive within two business days once shipped. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday — weekend delivery is not available.
